Bravely Scaling New Heights, Pooling Our Strengths, and Striding Forward Together on a New Journey

                    ——Zhangqiu Duozhuang Workshop Holds a Mountain-Climbing Team-Building Activity

To enrich employees’ leisure time, foster a spirit of teamwork and perseverance, and strengthen our collective drive, on November 16, Jinan Suonet organized a team-building hiking event for workshop employees to the local Duozhuang Mountain Range, themed “Bravely Conquer Peaks, Walk Together in Unity.” This activity allowed participants to relieve stress by connecting with nature and deepen their camaraderie through joint climbing efforts.

On the day of the event, the sky was clear and the air was fresh and pleasantly breezy. Employees from the workshop gathered at the foot of the mountain, full of energy and enthusiasm. General Manager Wang Chao delivered a rallying speech, encouraging everyone to take the mountain climb as an opportunity to embrace the spirit of resilience, hard work, and mutual cooperation. He urged them to feel the warmth of their team as they ascended toward the summit and to strengthen their collective momentum by walking side by side. As soon as the starting signal was given, the employees set off in an orderly manner along the hiking trail.

On the mountain trail, the path winds and undulates—sometimes gentle, sometimes steep. Everyone encouraged each other and supported one another. Younger employees willingly took on the task of sharing backpacks and guiding their older colleagues through tricky sections of the trail. Those with plenty of energy slowed down to wait for their lagging companions. The warm spirit of teamwork kept flowing continuously along the hiking route. During breaks along the way, everyone gathered in a circle, sharing amusing anecdotes from work and exchanging insights about life. Laughter and cheerful chatter echoed through the valleys. In the spirited competition of keeping pace with one another, everyone displayed an uplifting and energetic spirit—exercising both body and mind while strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation.

After nearly two hours of climbing, all employees successfully reached the summit. Standing atop the mountain and gazing into the distance, they were treated to breathtaking views of Duozhuang’s stunning scenery. Everyone thoroughly savored the joy and sense of accomplishment that came with reaching the top. The workshop organized a series of interactive activities for everyone, including group photos and fun quizzes. The quiz topics covered workshop safety production knowledge and team collaboration principles—making the session both entertaining and educational, and further strengthening shared ideological consensus.

On the way down the mountain, everyone remained just as enthusiastic, unanimously agreeing that this team-building hike was truly meaningful. Veteran employee Mr. Wang said, “Hiking is just like work—when we encounter difficulties, as long as we pull together and persevere to the end, there’s no challenge we can’t overcome.” Employee Xiao Bai also shared his thoughts: “Through this activity, I’ve felt the warmth of our workshop family, and it’s given me even greater confidence in my work.”

This mountain-climbing team-building activity not only allowed employees to relax and rejuvenate after their busy workdays, but also helped them strengthen their physical fitness. More importantly, it effectively enhanced the team’s cohesion and sense of unity. Everyone expressed that they would carry forward the spirit of perseverance and mutual cooperation demonstrated during the climb into their work, approaching future production tasks with greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic attitude. Together, they pledged to strive relentlessly for the high-quality development of the Suonet workshop and courageously scale new heights.
